General Contracting

Single-point responsibility for construction to an agreed design.

02Approach

Approach

  1. 01

    Mobilise against a plan

Logistics, temporary works and the first eight weeks of the programme are agreed before the site opens.

  2. 02

    Control the interfaces

Every package interface has an owner, a drawing reference and an inspection point.

  3. 03

    Report what is true

Progress is measured against the baseline, and slippage is reported with a recovery plan.
